光淪科技研發的LITEMAZE008高精度3D視覺定位系統采用結構光加相機的設計方案,具有體積小,精度高,識別快等特點。高精度±0.05mm,專為裝配行業的高精度定位要求而設計;定位時間小于2S,可滿足產線的高節奏要求;固定式的安裝設計,可與機械手并行工作。
原理
通過高速、精確的3D結構光成像系統,對物體表面輪廓進行掃描,形成點云數據;并對點云數據進行智能分析處理,加以AI算法、機器人路徑自動規劃、自動防碰撞等智能化技術;計算出當前工件實時空間坐標,并引導機器人完成自動抓取任務。協助機器人集成商快速完成3D定位方案。

Technical principle
Through the high-speed and accurate 3D structured light imaging system, the surface contour of the object is scanned to form the point cloud data; the point cloud data is intelligently analyzed and processed, and intelligent technologies such as AI algorithm, robot path automatic planning, automatic anti-collision are applied; the real-time spatial coordinates of the current workpiece are calculated, and the robot is guided to complete the automatic grabbing task. Assist the robot integrator to complete the 3D positioning scheme quickly.
